Express Shipping: available at checkout. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Please get in touch if more information is needed.

How Long Will It Take To Arrive?
Shipping time is dependent on your location: See Below.
USA - 5 to 12 working days
UK - 1 - 2 working days
EU - 3 to 8 working days
Canada, Australia & Asia - 8 to 20 working days
How Long Will It Be Dispatched?
If your order is in stock it will be shipped mostly the same day, or next working day the lastest.
Occasionally, there is an approximate turnaround time of 1-2 days for each item.
In the very rare circumstances that your order is delayed in production further than 3 days, we will contact you to explain the issue and options available.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping email from Vorso.
Tracking and Delivery
We use Royal Mail for all our standard shipping. Tacked and signed service is used for most countries. For those countries Royal Mail doesn't offer tracked and Signed service it will be shipped with a tracked or signed for service.
The Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your parcel arrives at the deport and had its first scan. You will be able to follow the progress of your order with the tracking information provided. The same tracking number works on your local postal service provider's tracking system.

Returns and Refunds
If you decide to return any of your purchases from Vorso, please drop us an email letting us know the reason. We always aim to keep our customers happy so we’d appreciate feedback on how we can improve.
If you decide to go ahead with a return, you will be responsible for the cost of return unless the item you received is faulty. It must be sent by a track-able service. Once we have received the item we will then carry out inspection and issue a refund accordingly. Please bear in mind the original shipping cost and restocking fee might be deducted if the product or its packaging is marked or damaged and any handling fee occurred during the return process will also be deducted.

Where are the bearings from?/What are the dimensions of your bearings?
The 608 ceramic bearings we use in our V1s are custom made. The balls are manufactured in America, the stainless steel race comes from Japan, and the cage is from Germany. All the components are shipped to the UK where they are treated and assembled. The thickness of each bearing is 7mm.
How do I clean the bearing on my V1?
After unscrewing the bottom of your V1 you will need to use any alcohol cleaning solution to clean the bearing properly. Then simply reassemble and keep on spinning!

Can I ‘reserve a spot’?
No, we understand why this is appealing to a lot of customers and producers. However, that is not how we like to do things. We prefer to operate on a ‘first come, first served’ basis as we feel this is fairer for our business and, most importantly, fairer for our customers.
Can I Order a Custom Top?
Yes! Please, do get in touch! Be prepared to wait a while, but it will be worth it.
Can I pay with PayPal?
We accept PayPal payments.
